Outbound Sales Telecaller (Work From Home)

Telecallers (WFH)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers who left items in their cart.
• Convince and assist them to complete their purchase.
• Answer customer queries about products, offers, delivery, and payments.
• Share active offers (discounts, combos, BOGO, etc.) to boost conversions.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-ups, and report conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales & recovery targets.

Requirements

• Prior telecalling / telesales / customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in

  Hindi & English

  (regional languages a plus).
• Comfortable making 100–150 calls/day.
• Persuasive, confident, and target-driven attitude.
• Laptop with stable internet connection.
• Basic Excel Skills
• Ability to work independently from home.
