Outbound Sales Representative (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail or real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage with US-based clients confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US clients and prospects.
• Present products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or real estate sales.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent (must-have).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work US business hours.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling US clients will be added advantage
• Familiarity with outbound cold calling and lead generation.
• Goal-driven mindset with resilience to handle objections.
