Outbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Representative to generate leads, pitch products, and convert prospects into customers through phone calls or WhatsApp communication. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products
• Share product details, offers, and updates over call or WhatsApp
• Follow up with leads regularly for conversions
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and customer feedback
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections or customer queries effectively and professionally

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Strong convincing and selling ability
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and basic computer usage
