Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outbound Package Executive located in Noida. The Outbound Package Executive will be responsible for planning and coordinating outbound travel packages, handling bookings, liaising with international travel partners, assisting clients with travel documentation, and providing personalized travel recommendations. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international travel trends and destinations and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in planning and coordinating outbound travel packages
• Experience in liaising with international travel partners and handling bookings
• Knowledge of travel documentation and visa assistance
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous
