Outbound Calling Executive

Job Title: Outbound Calling Executive Location: Bangalore (Work from Office) Company: FiveS Digital Job Description: We are hiring for the outbound calling process at FiveS Digital. The role involves contacting customers, providing information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Explain products and services clearly and effectively. Achieve daily and monthly calling targets. Maintain call records and update customer details in the system. Handle customer queries in a professional manner. Eligibility Criteria: UG/Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Additional languages preferred: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada. Salary: English & Tamil – ₹21,000 take-home English & Malayalam – ₹21,000 take-home English, Hindi & Kannada – ₹17,000 take-home Shift: 8 AM to 8 PM (Any 9-hour shift).
