As a Lead Qualification Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and ensuring that our sales team receives high-quality leads that meet our business requirements. Your primary objective will be to filter out unqualified leads, identify potential customers, and pass on the qualified leads to the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they meet our business requirements - Conduct thorough research on leads to understand their needs, pain points, and potential for conversion - Use various tools and databases to gather information about leads and update CRM systems - Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and feedback - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively qualify leads - Meet or exceed monthly qualification targets and contribute to the growth of the business - Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
