About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Process Semi-Voice Executive(FLIPKART) to join our team. As a Process Semi-Voice Executive, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through email and chat support. Responsibilities - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat support - Provide product information, resolve order-related issues, and address customer concerns - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints - Achieve productivity and quality targets Requirements - 6-2 years of experience in customer service (freshers welcome) - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in English (written and verbal) Salary - Freshers: ₹15,500 per month (in-hand) - Experienced (0-2 years): ₹17,000 per month (in-hand)
