About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to join our healthcare team. You’ll play a vital role in assisting surgeons and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient surgical procedures in the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the operating room with sterilized instruments and equipment.Assist surgeons and nurses during operations.Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.Check and calibrate OT equipment (anaesthesia, suction, cautery, etc.).Support patient preparation and post-surgery arrangements.Maintain stock of surgical supplies and report requirements.

What We’re Looking For

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in OT Technology or equivalent.Experience: 0–3 years (freshers can also apply).Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
