Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an OT Technician located in Pune. The OT Technician will be responsible for assisting in surgeries, preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the operation theater. Qualifications Diploma or degree in a related field Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Experience in assisting in surgical procedures Knowledge of sterilization techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Certification or training in surgical technology is a plus Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Show more Show less
