Operating Theatre Technician (Highly Experienced/Perfectionist)
Raman Memorial Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and exceptionally experienced Operating Theatre Technician to join our surgical team. We are looking for a perfectionist with an unparalleled eye for detail and a proven track record in a fast-paced operating room environment. We have openings for full-time, part-time, and even freelance positions.This role requires a professional who can manage all aspects of operating room procedures with precision and efficiency, while also providing expert assistance to specialists during complex surgeries.Key Responsibilities:* Meticulously prepare the operating room before, during, and after surgical procedures.* Ensure all surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies are perfectly sterilized, accounted for, and functioning flawlessly.* Anticipate the needs of the surgical team, specialists, and surgeons with proactive support.* Maintain an impeccably organized and sterile operating environment at all times.* Adhere strictly to all hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.* Assist with patient positioning and transfer, ensuring comfort and safety.Qualifications:* Diploma or certification in Operating Theatre Technology.* Significant and extensive experience as an OT Technician, particularly in a high-volume or specialized surgical setting.* A demonstrable commitment to perfection and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.* Excellent understanding of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.* Proactive and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving aptitude.If you are a dedicated professional who thrives on precision, takes immense pride in their work, and is committed to exceptional patient care, we encourage you to apply. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
