Key Responsibilities Operation Theatre (OT) Responsibilities: * Assist surgeons and anaesthetists during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile environment. * Prepare the operating room, including setting up instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes. * Perform pre-operative patient assessments and prepare patients for surgery. * Monitor vital signs and patient condition throughout the surgical procedure. * Manage and account for all instruments, sponges, and sharps during and after surgery. * Ensure proper handling and labeling of specimens. * Assist with post-operative patient transfer and recovery. * Maintain accurate and detailed OT records.
