OT Technician, OT Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operation theatre before surgery (sterilization, instrument setup).
• Assist surgeons and nurses during operations by handling instruments and materials.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and properly maintained.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of surgical instruments and supplies.
• Handle and dispose of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
• Check functionality of OT equipment (lights, suction machines, cautery, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the patient and operation theatre before surgery.
• Assist the surgical team by passing instruments, sponges, and other sterile supplies.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs during the procedure (with the anesthetist).
• Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques at all times.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care of patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation of surgical procedures and supplies used.
• Coordinate with OT technicians and other support staff.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
