OT security

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

• Security Strategy & Policy:

  Develop, implement, and maintain OT security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory and industry frameworks.

• Risk Assessment & Mitigation:

  Conduct risk assessments for OT systems and networks, identify vulnerabilities, and implement security controls and countermeasures.

• Security Monitoring & Incident Response:

  Monitor OT systems for anomalies, manage security incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Compliance & Audits:

  Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443) and coordinate regular security audits and gap assessments.

• Incident Management

  : Oversee and coordinate cyber incident response activities, ensuring minimal business disruption.

• Training & Awareness:

  Conduct OT security awareness and training programs for employees and contractors.

• Vendor Management:

  Manage relationships with OT security vendors, ensuring service quality and delivery as per defined requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in OT security management with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• 35 years’ experience in assessing and implementing frameworks such as IEC 62443/ISA-99, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, etc.
• Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA environments, network security, and industrial protocols.
• Proven ability in project management and stakeholder coordination across business and technical teams.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

• Relevant certifications

  : CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, or equivalent.
