OT Scrubber / OT Support Staff

Responsibilities • Ensure pre- and post-operative cleaning and disinfection of OT and related surgical equipment • Assist in arranging and positioning surgical tools and devices supplied by the company • Support the medical team in maintaining sterile conditions • Help in scrubbing protocols and preparation of surgical rooms • Clean and maintain OT scrub stations, lights, and tables • Follow hospital infection control guidelines • Report any equipment issues to the service or technical team • Coordinate with hospital staff and JD Healthcare’s technical team for any installation or servicing assistance Qualification and Requirements • Minimum SSC or HSC (Preferred: OT Technician course or hospital support staff certification) • Experience in operating theatre or sterile support services • Basic knowledge of hygiene and infection control • Physically fit and detail-oriented • Willingness to work flexible hours if required • Team player with a respectful attitude towards medical staff and patients
