OT Assistant

• Implement Treatment Plans: Work with patients one-on-one to carry out the treatment plan developed by the OT, which includes therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Monitor Progress: Observe patients during activities, ensuring they perform techniques correctly and providing encouragement.
• Report to the Occupational Therapist: Communicate with the OT if a patient is not responding to treatment or has specific concerns.
• Educate Patients: Teach patients and their families how to manage their home exercise programs and use necessary equipment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment for the OT to review.
• Clerical Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing patient information, and ordering medical supplies.

Skills & Abilities

• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to explain treatment and document progress.
• Patience & Empathy: Provide support and encouragement to patients as they work through challenging therapeutic activities.
• Physical Stamina: Be able to stand and move for extended periods while assisting patients with exercises and activities.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records and monitor patient performance with precision.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
