OT Assistant- experienced

Patient Care & Therapy Support

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the OT.
• Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report responses or concerns to the OT.
• Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technologies.
• Help patients regain skills for self-care, work, and recreational activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Accurately document patient progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
• Maintain records in compliance with health regulations and institutional standards.
• Collaborate with the OT to revise care plans based on progress and needs.

Patient & Family Education

• Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques for home use.
• Provide guidance on environmental modifications for safety and function.

Administrative & Clinical Support

• Set up and maintain therapy equipment and supplies.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment.
• Schedule and coordinate therapy sessions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,015.47 - ₹39,884.04 per month
