This role is designed for individuals passionate about imparting practical SAP knowledge to learners from various backgrounds. The SAP Trainer will design, customise, and deliver engaging classroom sessions and hands-on labs focusing on real-world business scenarios. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver interactive training sessions and workshops on SAP ERP modules (Finance, MM, SD, etc.), as well as foundational business accounting using software. Create curricula, learning paths, and training materials, including presentations, exercises, and practical labs in line with industry requirements. Update training content based on changes in SAP versions and industry trends to keep programs relevant and impactful. Customise instruction according to learners’ profiles—from beginners to experienced business professionals. Mentor and facilitate hands-on use of SAP, Tally, and Peachtree software in business simulations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum educational requirement: Degree in commerce (B.Com or equivalent). Basic computer proficiency is mandatory. Prior training or hands-on experience in SAP (any module) is highly desirable. Familiarity with related business/accounting software such as Tally, Peachtree, or similar platforms will add to selection chances. Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
