Role : Sr. Manual QA Engineer. Job Location : Remote Shift Timings : 6.30 PM 3.30 AM Experience : 6 Years - 10 Years Immediate Candidates Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manual QA Tester with over 6+ years of experience in manual testing, functional testing, and API testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in tools like Postman, JIRA, and SQL, and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Role & responsibilities Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test plans, test cases, and test scenarios. Perform manual testing across web applications, APIs, and backend systems. Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing. Design and execute API tests using Postman or similar tools. Validate data accuracy using SQL queries for backend testing. Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA and follow through to resolution. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Ensure testing is aligned with sprint goals and deliverables. Maintain thorough documentation of test cases, test results, and known issues. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and practices. Preferred candidate profile 6+ years of experience in Manual QA Testing. Strong knowledge of Functional Testing and SDLC/STLC Hands-on experience with JIRA, Postman, and SQL. Solid experience in API Testing and backend validation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and good communication skills.

Key Qualifications: For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: 7+ years Oracle EBS implementation and support experience, with proven delivery execution experience in at least 2 full cycle implementations at a functional lead level Significant knowledge and detailed skills in the Oracle Channel Revenue management & Financial applications in R12 platform Viz. Oracle Channel Revenue Management, Pricing, Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, General ledger, Costing, and basic knowledge on Order management, Procurement and Inventory. Knowledge on Sales and marketing applications like Salesforce.,etc., Good technical awareness - for example, knowledge of data structures and SQL command language Ability to convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications Ability to work both independently and as a team player, and enjoy working in an environment that requires continuous learning Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong presentation skills Flexible to work out of regular working hours, if needs be In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include: Knowledge of Finance and Accounting Accounting Qualifications like (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and project management certification like PMP Some knowledge of channel revenue management platforms like e.g. salesforce encompassing budgets, offers and claim processing Proficient project management and collaboration tools like MS Projects, Asana or Monday.com Education: Degree in Business Information Sciences or Computer Science or Business Management (or equivalent work experience); Certification in Business Analysis would be a plus Certification in Project Management would be a plus.
