Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement and conversions. --- Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy aligned with business goals. Create and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. Manage day-to-day handling of social channels, including responding to comments and DMs. Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Track and analyze social media metrics and report on performance and ROI. Run paid campaigns across social platforms and manage budgets effectively. Work with influencers, partners, or external agencies when needed. --- Requirements: Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms. Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. --- Preferred Skills: Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools. Experience managing paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.) Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. ---
