As a Microbiologist Intern, you will support the development and validation of formulations for our natural haircare range. Support the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams in monitoring product consistency and safety throughout production. Collaborate with formulation technologists to evaluate the impact of natural ingredients on product microbiology and stability. Stay updated with new trends, research, and regulatory requirements in cosmetic microbiology and natural product development. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of Microbiology and laboratory techniques. Hands-on experience with microbial culture methods, laboratory testing, and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) practices in laboratory or product testing environments. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, research-driven environment.
