As an Executive Assistant (EA) & Admin Executive at Designo Architects located in CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to senior architects and leadership. Your highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach will ensure the smooth operation of our office, manage critical schedules and communications, and assist with essential project-related administrative tasks. By serving as the primary communication gatekeeper and maintaining accurate records, you will enable our design team to focus on creativity and project execution efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, screening calls and emails, maintaining accurate records of staff attendance and visitor logs, and overseeing daily administrative tasks to maintain a well-organized office environment. Additionally, you will assist in preparing architectural proposals, coordinate with staff for project-related tasks, and maintain contact databases for clients and project stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a related field, along with 4-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or executive assistant role. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality are also required.
