The position of HR Learning & Development (L&D) Trainee Associate at IVY Professional Schools in Pune is currently open for applications. As a Trainee Associate in the HR L&D department, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and evaluation of training programs across different departments. This role is suited for individuals who are enthusiastic about employee growth and passionate about learning and development processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in organizing training programs, workshops, and learning sessions, maintaining training calendars, and tracking attendance. You will collaborate with trainers, vendors, and employees to ensure smooth training execution and assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and feedback forms. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining training records, generating reports, collecting and analyzing feedback for continuous improvement, and supporting digital learning initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a BBA or a graduate degree in HR or a related field. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. An interest in Learning & Development/Talent Management, a learning mindset, and a team player attitude are also desirable qualities.
