To qualify for this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle confidential information with integrity are essential. A willingness to learn, collaborate in a team environment, and contribute positively are highly valued.
