As an Order to Cash Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing OTC collection/disputes, performing cash reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulations. You will play a crucial role in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing OTC collection/disputes such as debt collection, reporting on aged debt, dunning process, bad debt provisioning, etc. - Performing cash reconciliations and following up for missing remittances - Preparing refund packages with accuracy and supplying them to clients - Recording all collection activities in a consistent manner as per client process - Delivering process requirements to achieve key performance targets - Ensuring compliance with internal controls, standards, and regulations, including those related to restricted countries In this role, you will be expected to possess the following qualifications and skills: - Qualifications: BCom - Years of Experience: 10 to 14 years - Language Ability: English (International) - Advanced Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
