Order to Cash Operations Assoc Manager

Role Overview: As an Order to Cash Operations Associate Manager at Accenture, your role will involve the analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. You will be expected to create new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures as necessary. It is important for you to understand the strategic direction set by senior management in relation to team goals. Your primary upward interaction will be with your direct supervisor or team leads, while also interacting with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture. You should be able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments with minimal guidance. Your decisions will often impact the team you are part of and occasionally other teams as well. You may be managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture. Please be aware that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
