Order Support Specialist (Japanese)

As an Order Support Specialist at our dynamic team in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for managing invoicing activities across multiple regions and time zones. Your key tasks will include processing contracts, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for clients, and working within our Oracle-based order entry system to provide clients with their deliverables and invoices. A crucial requirement for this role is the ability to read and write basic Japanese, as you will be dealing with Japanese contracts and invoices. We are looking for individuals with 0.6 to 2 years of experience, who can join us as early as possible (Immediate/15 days) at our Gurgaon location. The essential language requirement for this position is basic Japanese reading and writing skills to understand contracts and invoices for Japan. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary for efficient data management and reporting.
