Core Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment & Coordination
• Receive and process customer orders via ERP/CRM systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely dispatch
• Track order status and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Vendor Management
• Identify, onboard, and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and reliability
• Maintain vendor database and performance records
• Escalate and resolve service issues assertively and diplomatically
• Purchase Management
• Create and manage purchase orders based on inventory needs and requisitions
• Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to avoid shortages
• Ensure three-way matching of PO, invoice, and goods receipt for payment processing
• Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and purchase records
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and audit requirements
• Reporting & Analysis
• Generate reports on order status, vendor performance, and purchase trends
• Support budgeting and cost control through accurate data tracking

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
