Order Processing & Data Entry Associate

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Order Coordination & Data Entry Executive to support our growing jewelry business. This dual-function role involves managing and following up on customer and wholesale orders while ensuring precise and timely data entry into our ERP system. The ideal candidate should possess strong typing skills, a basic understanding of jewelry or ERP systems (preferably E-JEWELS ERP), and a proactive approach to communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate order data in the E-JEWELS ERP system
• Follow up on pending orders with production, quality assurance, and dispatch teams
• Ensure all orders are correctly priced, complete, and delivered within timelines
• Coordinate with internal departments to track order status and escalate delays as needed
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all orders, communications, and changes
• Assist in generating invoices, shipping labels, and order-related reports
• Handle basic customer communication related to order status and queries
• Support general administrative and data entry tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, or back-office operations
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with E-JEWELS ERP is a strong advantage
• Basic knowledge of jewelry industry terminology is preferred
• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks under deadlines
