Order management Specialist

As an experienced candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Developing and retaining knowledge quickly to ensure timely and successful transactions for OM, OPS, and finance. - Reading and understanding customer requirements set in the statement of work. - Reviewing documentation sent to the department for accuracy. - Communicating with key internal associates on any discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner. - Interpreting the contract language into data entry into the SAP contract module for both the operations team and customer invoicing requirements. - Having a basic understanding of how revenue is recognized from booking a contract to billing a contract. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience with ERP Systems, SAP knowledge is a plus, especially in Service Contract, Sales Order, and Billing. - Comprehension and understanding of Contract Language, including SOW, SLA, Entitlements, Cost and Sell Pricing, and Master Data related items.
