Technically strong, must have experience in emerging organisation and able to understand manuals, analytical skill and excellent command over communication. To provide growth in the existing market and to develop new market/customer(s) for product sales. Develop and Manage Key account of his/her territory. Identifying and developing new customers for long-term revenue growth. Product sales revenue as per business plan/KRA Executes the order as per customer satisfaction. Collect payment as per the standard policy of the organization and mutually agreed on the terms of the order. Sales & Marketing for the products viz. Automation product like Controllers, Rice Bagging machine, Liquid filling machine, platform scale, Check weigher, Weighing Softwares , folk lift scale, etc. Relationship Management with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. Responsible for Keeping Track of Latest Developments in the Industry(Overall Market & Competitors) Mapping clients requirements followed with a technical discussion with clients/ consultant & preparing techno-commercial offers in accordance with the specifications. Order finalization and submission of the same to internal team members. Preparation of Forecast report and achievement report on monthly basis. Develop Budgets and sales strategies. Train and develop a team of Sales people. Should be a self-starter. Fair Understanding of Technical aspects of the equipment Should have Good Commercial Acumen Should have good communication skills Eager and willing team player with a positive attitude who has the ability to work independently, or as part of the team.
