Role summary
Deliver technical design, development and support for Oracle Order Management solutions to enable robust order-to-cash processes and seamless integrations.
Core responsibilities
Design and build interfaces, APIs, concurrent programs and customizations for Order Management.
Implement integrations with upstream/downstream systems using middleware, REST/SOAP services or file transfers.
Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, SQL scripts, Concurrent Programs, Forms/Reports or OA Framework components.
Create BI Publisher/XML templates, custom workflows and approval logic tied to order processing.
Execute data migration and bulk-load activities for orders, customers, pricing and fulfillment using scripts and APIs.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and apply patches/fixes during hypercare.
Produce clear technical designs, test scripts, deployment artifacts and runbooks; support UAT and cutover.
Collaborate with functional leads to translate requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
Must-have skills
Hands-on experience with Oracle Order Management (EBS R12).
Advanced PL/SQL and SQL development.
Proven ability to develop Concurrent Programs, Interfaces, APIs and custom reports.Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware, and REST/SOAP authentication.Knowledge of pricing, fulfillment, shipping touchpoints and order orchestration.Strong debugging, documentation and cross-team communication capabilities.
