As a Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, define technical requirements, and provide strategic integration solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the design, architecture, and delivery of integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks (BW) and Tibco Flogo. You will oversee project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Additionally, you will provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to project teams, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, and drive innovation by introducing best practices and the latest technologies in integration architecture. Mentoring and developing the skills of team members to build a strong technical team will also be part of your role. Skills required for this role include experience in implementing an Enterprise Class middleware architecture using TIBCO, familiarity with API Management/Gateway solutions like Apigee, and experience with Web Services, SOAP/Rest API development. Knowledge of cloud-native solutions, hybrid integration architecture, devOps practices, Tibco BusinessWorks (BW), Tibco Flogo, Tibco BusinessEvents (BE), REST/SOAP services, XML, JSON, and cloud-based integration solutions or hybrid architectures is essential. Prior architect experience in designing and developing TIBCO integrations and knowledge of HDL are also beneficial. To qualify for the role of Manager, you must have at least 8 years of experience and a proven track record of delivering 3-4 integration projects successfully. Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and system design principles is required, along with the ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this position.
