Oracle Subscription Management

You should have more than 7 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. It is essential to have at least one end-to-end implementation experience with a strong understanding of OSM functional configurations, BIP/OTBI reports, and Bursting queries. Your expertise should include implementing subscription renewals, evergreen subscriptions, and usage-based renewals. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up pricing, item and CDM (customer data management), as well as creating user roles. You should be proficient in writing and understanding Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, REST and SOAP APIs. Experience in handling at least one integration to and from OSM is required. You should excel in excel-based data analysis to identify which APIs need to run for OSM data correction. As the main point of contact for the business, you must understand requirements, provide suitable solutions, document design documents, and obtain business approval. Knowledge of JIRA will be an added advantage. Handling support tickets related to OSM within the defined SLA is also part of this role.,
