Oracle Subscription Management

You have an exciting opportunity for the role of Oracle Subscription Management with a requirement of 5 to 12 years of experience. This full-time position based in Pan India offers a hybrid work mode and requires an immediate to 30 days notice period. As an Oracle Subscription Management (OSM) resource, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Possess more than 7 years of experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. - Execute at least one end-to-end OSM implementation with a strong understanding of OSM functional configurations, BIP/OTBI reports, and Bursting queries. - Implement subscription renewals, evergreen subscriptions, and usage-based renewals effectively. - Configure pricing, items, Customer Data Management (CDM), as well as create users and roles within the system. - Demonstrate proficiency in writing and comprehending Groovy, triggers/object functions, custom objects, service mapping/algorithms, and working with REST and SOAP APIs. - Manage at least one integration to and from OSM successfully. - Utilize Excel for data analysis to identify necessary APIs for OSM data correction. - Act as a primary point of contact for the business, understand requirements, propose suitable solutions, document design documents, and gain business approval. - Familiarity with JIRA is considered an added advantage. - Handle support tickets related to OSM within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your qualifications for this role include: - Strong experience in Oracle CX Fusion Cloud with a focus on Oracle Subscription Management Cloud. - Proficiency in Oracle Subscription Management functional configurations and reporting tools. - Hands-on experience in subscription renewals, pricing setup, and user management. - Expertise in Groovy scripting, triggers, and working with REST and SOAP APIs. - Prior experience in handling OSM integrations and support tickets efficiently.
