Oracle SCM - Order Management Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SCM Functional Lead to join our team and provide functional support for Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Fusion Cloud solution to our valued customers. This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions, including Order Management, Global Order Promising, Pricing, Procurement, and Inventory. Key Responsibilities: Excellent understanding of standard business processes / flows to Client User Group(s) in Oracle Supply Chain cloud in the following areas. Oracle Order Management Cloud, Global Order Promising, Oracle Pricing and Oracle Inventory. Ability to comprehend existing business processes / practices, identify / capture additional business / reporting requirements. Able to analyse and understand any application issues raised by end user and effectively communicate end users for any clarification. Ability to design and implement solutions for customers using standard Oracle Fusion Cloud Functionality. Ability to design and document PaaS extensions that will support business needs that are not fulfilled by standard functionality. Develop training material and application documentation as required, Educate business users. Responsible to work with client stakeholders to ensure that the system is configured and utilized correctly. Ability to work with and coach junior team members and deliver projects as per Statement of Work. Actively collaborate with Pre-sales team to prepare and delivery product and process demonstrations. Work closely with sub-practice leads for practice management related initiatives. Requirements 8 - 12 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of Oracle-enabled supply chain solutions Bachelordegree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills. Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills. Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, with particular focus on some of the following: - Must have: Oracle Order Management Cloud, GOP, Pricing, Intercompany, Advanced fulfillment, Procurement, and Inventory Management. - Added advantage if have exposure to RF-Smart and Costing. Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., Costing, Finance Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer engagement skills and High personal integrity Ability to work in a demanding user environment. Ability to upskill and learn new concepts in Oracle Cloud SCM and Manufacturing.
