The Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing Support Consultant will provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing modules, ensuring that the system meets business needs and operates efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting issues, collaborating with users, and assisting in system enhancements and training. The consultant will also support data integrity, audits, and compliance efforts, and monitor system performance to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, the role involves developing training materials, raising and coordinating Service Requests with Oracle Support, and performing quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing. Process manufacturing experience would be preferred. Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Manufacturing modules. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Inventory (INV), Manufacturing (MFG), Quality (QA), Maintenance (MNT), and Costing modules. Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and ensure system functionality meets business needs. Assist in the configuration, testing, and implementation of system enhancements. Support data integrity, audits, and compliance efforts. Provide training and guidance to end-users on best practices and new features. Monitor system performance and assist with upgrades and patches. Comprehend existing business processes, identify additional business/reporting requirements. Analyze and address application issues raised by end users and communicate clarifications effectively. Develop training material and application documentation as required, educating business users. Raise Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support for product/technical issues and coordinate until resolution. Perform quarterly patch impact analysis and regression testing. Ensure the system is configured and utilized correctly in collaboration with users. Requirements 10-15+ years of experience in the development and support of Oracle-enabled supply chain solutions Bachelordegree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills Strong business process expertise coupled with architectural skills Good understanding of Oracle Cloud capabilities and exposure to Integrations, BI Publisher and PaaS would be highly appreciated Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud/EBS, with particular focus on some of the following - Must have: Oracle Supply Chain Manufacturing Cloud - Added advantage if have exposure to Oracle Process Mfg. Cloud, Quality Management and Maintenance Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer facing experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong customer engagement skills High personal integrity Ability to work in a demanding user environment. Open to work in any shift.
