Job Title Oracle Functional Analyst (SCM) Location Hyderabad Department SCM Job Description The Oracle SCM Functional Business Analyst position combines businessknowledge and an understanding of the inner-workings and configuration optionsof multiple Oracle Distributed orchestrations and Procurement modules.Understand and Analyze the business problems and opportunities in the contextof the requirements and recommends solutions based on the Oracle EBS/FusionArchitecture that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This role willfacilitate and improve communication between business and technical resources,so candidate must have the ability to coordinate, interact and work withdifferent teams for the delivery of the solution. Responsibilities Discuss with stakeholders and Internal IT team to gather and transformbusiness needs into detailed functional specifications and designs. Organize requirements into solution categories and prepare: Functionalspecifications. Integrationdocuments. Configurationworkbooks. Use casesfor Inventory, Procurement, Distributed Order Orchestration, Order Management,Pricing, Reporting design documents. Collaborate closely with technical teams to: Transfer functional designs. Assist intechnical design and solution development. Evaluate solutions through: Functionaltesting with the overall view of regression and impact analysis. Leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Providingpost-Production support. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations: Identifyroot causes of issues. Propose andimplement solutions to ensure smooth production operations. Assess thefeasibility and potential impact on uptake of the new features. Coordinate with Oracle for: Addressingproduction issues. Managingproduct bugs. Requirements Must have at least 6 to 8 years of working experience in OracleApplications and very good understanding of Oracle Supply chain management. Minimum 1 to 2 implementation or Support project experience in OracleFusion Applications as Fusion SCM Functional Consultant. Experience in at least 2 to 3 full cycle Implementations, experience inDesigning Interface / Authoring functional design documents forExtensions/Interface/Conversion is must. Experience in at least 2 to 3 full cycle Implementations, experience inDesigning Interface / Authoring functional design documents forExtensions/Interface/Conversion is must. Hands on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL. Hand on experience in deriving and categorizing the requirements,Configuration, Solutioning and Preparation of functional specs, Integrationdocuments, configuration workbooks &Use cases on INV, PROCUREMENT,DOO, QP, OM, WMS, 3PL Integrations. Expertise in support and Enhancements projects with customer centricsolution amendments and exposure technical components to drive the changes. Strong understanding and in-depth hands-on experience in the followingareas is a Must. OracleCloud Order management, Global Order Promising. Pricing, Shipping Execution andInventory Modules supporting Multiple interfaces with Various Middlewareapplications. OracleProcurement (SSP)modules, Intercompany Flows from Supply Chain Perspective. Experiencewith interfacing third party applications e.g., WMS/Log fire. Soundunderstanding and experience in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay businessflows. Experiencein working with Development and functional teams to finalize cross functionalSolutions. Experiencein preparation of MD50 (Functional Specifications), BR100 and Test Execution infunctional testing/system integration testing. Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Goodunderstanding of Agile Development Process. Experiencein working Configuration Management and Incident Management. Goodunderstanding of Fusion Applications, and Tech Stack. Education and Qualifications Preferred Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering,Masters in Computer Applications, or equivalent from a reputed institute. Anycertification in Supply Chain Management or SCM Modules is preferred but Optional.
