Oracle SCM Functional Analyst

As an Oracle SCM Functional Business Analyst, your role involves combining business knowledge with a deep understanding of multiple Oracle Distribution and Procurement modules. You will be tasked with analyzing business problems and opportunities, translating requirements into solutions based on the Oracle EBS/Fusion Architecture, and facilitating communication between business and technical teams for successful solution delivery. - Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Designs. - Work closely with the technical team to hand off functional designs and support in technical design and development. - Test solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment post go-live. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identifying root causes of issues and implementing solutions for uninterrupted operations. - Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs. - 6 to 8 years of experience in Oracle Applications Suite with a strong understanding of the Oracle tech stack. - Experience in 2 to 3 full cycle Implementations in Oracle Application Suite and Designing Interface/Authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interface/Conversion. - 1 to 2 implementation or Support project experience in Oracle Fusion Applications as Fusion SCM Functional Consultant. - Hands-on experience in Oracle Order Management, Advance Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Modules, Oracle Purchasing modules, and Intercompany Flows. - Experience with interfacing third-party applications and working with cross-functional teams. - Preparation of Test Scripts/BR100 and Test Execution in functional testing/system integration testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering, Masters in Computer Applications, or equivalent from a reputed institute. - Any certification in Supply Chain Management or SCM Modules is preferred but Optional. In addition, you should have a good understanding of Agile Development Process, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Fusion Applications, and Tech Stack. Knowledge of Fusion Planning Central, WMS/Logfire, and hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL will be advantageous.,
