Role Overview: As an Oracle SCM Functional Business Analyst, your role involves combining business knowledge with an understanding of Oracle Distributed orchestrations and Procurement modules. You will be responsible for analyzing business problems, translating requirements, recommending solutions based on Oracle EBS/Fusion Architecture, and facilitating communication between business and technical resources for successful solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to understand and translate requirements into Functional Specifications and Design. - Work closely with the technical team to hand off the functional design, support in technical design and development, test solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after go-live. - Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify root causes of issues, recommend and implement solutions for uninterrupted production operations. - Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs. Qualifications Required: - Must have 6 to 8 years of working experience in Oracle Applications with a strong understanding of Oracle ADF Components. - Experience in at least 2 to 3 full cycle implementations, designing interfaces, and authoring functional design documents for Extensions/Interfaces/Conversions. - Proficiency in data conversions using FBDI, ADFDI, REST APIs. - Minimum 1 to 2 implementation or support project experience in Oracle Fusion Applications as a Fusion SCM Functional Consultant. - Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Order Management, Global Order Promising, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory Modules, Oracle Procurement (SSP) modules, Intercompany Flows, and interfacing with third-party applications. - Experience in finalizing cross-functional solutions and preparing functional specifications and test executions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
