Role & responsibilities: 8+ years of experience is required. Preferred end-to-end implementation experience. Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation modules to align with client requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective incentive compensation plans. Configure compensation rules, formulas, and payout structures within Oracle Fusion. Integrate Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation with other Oracle Cloud applications (e.g., HCM, ERP) to ensure seamless data flow and reporting. Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to incentive compensation processes. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure effective adoption of the system. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Document functional and technical specifications, process flows, and configuration details. Stay updated on Oracle Fusion updates and new features related to Incentive Compensation. Provide ongoing support and optimization for implemented solutions.
