We're Hiring | Senior Oracle Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant | Bangalore

Location

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Payroll, providing both technical and functional support.
  • Develop and customize payroll

    fast formulas

    as per business requirements.
  • Conduct

    unit testing

    of payroll fast formulas prior to deployment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline payroll processes and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (mandatory).

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience

    (5+ years preferred).
  • Experience with

    US Payroll

    is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on functional experience with related modules such as

    Oracle Absence, Benefits, or Time & Labor
