Oracle Order Management Business Analyst

Role Overview: You will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements across Oracle OM, MFG, Costing, Production Scheduling, and Procurement modules. Your responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and validating solutions in Oracle EBS R12 to address business challenges, supporting Manufacturing and Cost Accounting processes, working closely with technical teams to design custom solutions, preparing functional design documents, conducting fit-gap analysis, supporting UAT and regression testing, troubleshooting and resolving issues within Oracle EBS modules, and acting as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and Oracle support. Additionally, you will be responsible for training business users on new functionality and process changes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements. - Design, configure, and validate solutions in Oracle EBS R12. - Support Manufacturing and Cost Accounting processes. - Work closely with technical teams to design custom solutions, reports, and integrations. - Prepare and review functional design documents and validate corresponding technical design documents. - Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify process improvements, and recommend enhancements. - Support UAT, regression testing, and production deployments. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Oracle EBS modules. - Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and Oracle support. - Train business users on new functionality and process changes. Qualifications Required: - 6-10 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS (R12), specifically across OM, MFG, Costing, and Procurement. - Experience in full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations, enhancements, and production support. - Strong ability to analyze and map business processes to Oracle functionality. - Proficient in writing functional documents, test scripts, and training materials. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global teams and business users. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.,
