Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom solutions within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, especially for Redwood-based UI enhancements.
Build and maintain fast formulas, OTBI/BIP reports, HDL data loads, and HCM Extracts.
Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.
Customize and extend Redwood UI-based pages using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Oracle JET, and other Redwood tools where applicable.
Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues across modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Support UAT, go-live, and post-implementation activities for Oracle HCM projects.
Stay updated with Oracle quarterly releases, Redwood design patterns, and security model enhancements.
Document design specifications, configurations, and user guides for delivered solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
47 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant.
Proven experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and tools:
Fast Formulas
HCM Extracts
HDL (HCM Data Loader)
OTBI/BIP Reports
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar
Working knowledge of Redwood UX concepts and Oracle Visual Builder (or equivalent modern UI frameworks).
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, security, and role-based access control.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Redwood-specific extensions (VBS, Redwood Design System).
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) Technical track.
Familiarity with Fusion SaaS Data Model and PaaS integration patterns.
Knowledge of project management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience in end-to-end Oracle
