Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform ETL testing activities including data validation, transformation checks, and schema verification.
Write complex SQL queries to validate table mappings, data structures, and data quality during migration projects.
Conduct schema validations and ensure alignment with business requirements.
Validate Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD) and understand various SCD types.
Apply strong database methodology knowledge for effective testing.
Execute testing for BI reports and ensure data accuracy across reporting layers.
Work with peripheral technologies such as PeopleSoft, SAP, and Aderant.
Utilize tools such as UFT and TFS for test execution and management.
Support testing efforts for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) systems.
Contribute to testing activities including test planning, test case creation, debugging, execution, and test analysis.
Estimate testing efforts and contribute to QA planning activities.
Analyze functional, user, and technical requirements for testing scenarios.
Perform functional testing and create appropriate test metrics.
Follow defect management procedures and ensure timely resolution.
Deliver high-quality work within project timelines and act as the primary resource when needed.
