Oracle HCM Quality Analyst

You will be working as an Oracle HCM Quality Analyst in Bangalore. As a Manual QA professional, you should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in testing. Your responsibilities will include creating test data based on model data, automating test data creation, using tools for data masking, understanding the scope of testing by meeting with system users, collaborating with software developers and project support teams, writing and executing test scripts, running manual and automated tests, and ensuring effective communication within the team. You should possess strong analytical skills to derive test scenarios for maximum test coverage. Experience in all phases of testing activities for UI, middleware, and API based applications is required. Additionally, you must have hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries, reading and interpreting JSON files, and working with SCRUM teams. Experience with APM tools and Log Tracing tools like Splunk is essential for this role. Nice to have skills include API test experience using tools like Postman or SOAP, familiarity with automation tools, build tools like Maven/Gradle, GIT, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins. Knowledge of tools such as JIRA with Adaptivist/Zephyr, AppDynamics or similar, and Splunk is a must. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Selenium with Java, and other tools is considered advantageous.
