Oracle HCM fusion payroll

As an experienced candidate with 6-9 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Functional, you will be responsible for various key job responsibilities including: - Responsible for configuration changes and/or enhancements to the Oracle HCM Cloud application - Learning about Oracle HCM Cloud releases and patches and communicating changes to key individuals - Testing upgrades, patches, configuration changes, impact analysis to ensure application stability - Acting as an Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert by providing best-practice guidance on HCM business processes - Establishing open, fluid, and timely communications with all interested parties, stakeholders, and project teams - Mentoring associates and fostering a learning and growth environment - Working directly with customers to analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, initiate corrective actions, follow up on problem resolution, and inform customers of status - Adhering to the current project management methodology while influencing best practices, process improvements, and procedures - Adhering to the ticket management guidelines to ensure consistency in both communication and process in all client interactions - Updating configuration workbooks when necessary - Participating in internal and client knowledge transfer sessions - Proactively reviewing data and deliverables for issues and escalating as appropriate - Liaising with Oracle and 3rd party vendors for product/integration issues Additionally, the following key skills are required for this role: - Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by the client - Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue - Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client - Ability to create or update functional design documents - Ability to create test plan and test scripts for upgrades and patches This job opportunity is for a Hybrid work mode with shift timings from 11 A.M to 8.00 PM IST/ 1 PM to 11 PM, and the location options include Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram (Delhi/NCR), Chennai, and Pune. The ideal candidate should have a relevant experience of 6-9 years and should be able to work in a support role for an implementation project related to HCM functional, Oracle Fusion HCM functional, Techno-Functional, and UK Legislation. Immediate to 15 days of notice period is required for this position.,
