As an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant at Kaygen, one of the world's leading consulting firms, you will play a crucial role in transforming HR processes for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients in locations such as Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune, Mumbai, Kochi, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, and Chennai to gather requirements, map business processes, and configure Oracle HCM modules according to their needs. You will facilitate workshops and training sessions to drive adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions, perform system testing, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition during go-live. Collaborating with technical teams, you will deliver and optimize Oracle HCM Cloud solutions while supporting clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including post-go-live support and troubleshooting. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients define new business processes and enhance existing workflows using Oracle HCM Cloud features, all while ensuring compliance with local regulations and business standards in the HCM processes. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades, along with the ability to integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with other enterprise systems. Strong communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, training delivery, and end-user support are essential aspects of this position. As a problem-solver focused on delivering value to clients, you must possess robust project management skills. Holding relevant Oracle HCM Cloud certifications will be advantageous, and immediate availability within 30 days is preferred.
