Job Description

Role Overview: As the Artificial Intelligence Lead for HR Technology, you will be instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of the HR Technology Team through the application of AI and machine learning. Your role will involve driving innovation, optimizing human resource processes, and ensuring business transformation objectives are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement AI-driven solutions to streamline various HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, talent development, and workforce analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation within HR processes. - Lead the design, testing, and deployment of machine learning models to improve HR decision-making and predictive analytics. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with ethical guidelines and privacy regulations in AI applications. - Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and HR technology, proposing strategic initiatives to keep the company innovative. - Analyze complex HR data to provide actionable insights and recommendations, focusing on data readiness and fit-gap analysis. - Collaborate with vendors and third-party partners to integrate external AI solutions with internal HR systems. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field. - Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing AI solutions. - Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts to understand business objectives and define requirements. - Proficiency in AI and machine learning, particularly in HR applications. - Strong programming skills in languages like Python, R, or Java. - Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn. - Sound knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods. - Experience in natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
