Job Description

Business Analyst BA Oracle Fusion HCM Liaise between business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Supports solution design, clarifications, testing, and UAT, while enabling smarter decision making through AI tools. Role and Responsibilities: Experience5 +years of experience as a BA, preferably in Oracle Fusion HCM projects. as liaison between business, implementation team, and vendors. Gather, document, and manage business requirements across HCM modules. Analyze current HR processes, recommend improvements. Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution design. Support functional testing, defect management, and UAT sessions. Assist in data validation and migration activities. Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and demos. Manage vendor interactions and deliverables. Work using Agile delivery models and tools. Leverage AI driven insights for process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Technical Skills Good knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Experience with Agile tools and delivery models. Exposure to AI tools in HR tech. Strong documentation and analysis skills. Soft Skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Organized, detail oriented, and proactive. Strong problem solving and collaboration mindset
