Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Consultant

The primary responsibility as an Infoscion consultant involves actively supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases. This includes contributing to problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternative solutions based on thorough research, including literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluations. Additionally, building proof of concepts (POCs) will be part of your role. In this position, you will be responsible for creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining to-be processes, and developing detailed functional designs according to the requirements. You will also play a key role in configuring solution requirements, identifying and diagnosing any issues that may arise, seeking clarifications, and proposing suitable solution alternatives. Furthermore, your contributions will extend to unit-level and organizational initiatives aimed at delivering high-quality and value-adding solutions to customers. Proficiency in Oracle Human Capital Management, Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management, and related functional and technical aspects is essential. Apart from the core responsibilities, you will be expected to collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data. Possessing awareness of the latest technologies and trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively are crucial for success in this role. You should also demonstrate the capability to assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable technology solutions. Additionally, having expertise in one or two industry domains will be advantageous. Preferred skills for this position include proficiency in Oracle Cloud, specifically HCM Cloud Technical expertise.
